We have assembled the best team of
Private Detectives around Utah to get answers.
Since its founding in 2015, Trident Investigations has evolved from asset tracking and civil litigation to a full-service agency proficient in complex investigations, such as business and insurance fraud, domestic violence, and intellectual property rights.
Operating under a strict code of ethics, team members serve on various professional boards, including the Private Investigators Association of Utah.
Their dedication to quality ensures documentation and evidence meet court standards, making Trident a trusted partner in legal matters and reinforcing its reputation as a premier investigative firm committed to securing information and evidence for clients.
It all started in 2005 with a licensed EMT, who decided to pursue Criminal Justice and was serving legal documents and was retained by one of the largest Civil Litigation teams in the state and saw a need for his client to offer additional services and started interning under an experienced team in learning how to track down assets, people, and high value items as part of the legal process. He would then grow to add insurance and medical fraud work and the gathering of needed evidence.
Next, he began training under a former S.W.A.T. officer who had 12 years of experience. He subsequently completed his internship under a police detective with 30 years of experience, along with an additional 10 years as a private investigator. He then obtained his own PI agency license in Utah and founded Trident Investigations in 2015.
Since then, he has served on the board of the Private Investigators Association of Utah and is currently a board member of Utah's Bureau of Criminal Identification for Private Investigators and Bail Enforcement Licensure. The duty of this board is to protect the public through the enforcement of ethical and legal guidelines that private investigators must adhere to in the state of Utah.
Since 2015, the team has established a solid reputation for excellent investigative services. Every new case comes with the background and reputation of getting answers. We have handled everything from business and insurance fraud to custody cases, infidelity, cohabitation, domestic violence, assault, battery, and rape. Additionally, we have conducted covert investigations involving the purchase of items to provide evidence of possession of stolen property, which was submitted to the police, as well as investigations into stolen intellectual property to protect intellectual property rights.
The work we do always adheres to a standard that ensures documentation and evidence are presented at a level recognized and accepted by the courts. Trident has testified countless times in court regarding our findings and the evidence we deliver. For our efforts, Trident has been recognized as a top PI firm, with a consistent focus on obtaining answers for our clients.
